- Returns
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [7–14] business days.
- Exchanges
- If an item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products (such as digital downloads, intimate/personal goods, or sale items) cannot be returned.
- Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
